Cash on Delivery Policy:
We have cash on delivery as payment option. However, we reserve the rights to decline it.
If Cash on delivery orders has been refused twice by any customer, the individual will be ineligible for COD forever and will only be able to order through prepaid channel henceforth.
Also, to book a COD order, the customer will be liable to an extra COD charge i.e. 110 minimum (amount may increase if the parcel amount increases more than 2000) within West Bengal or 150 minimum in other states, an advance prepaid payment and the parcels bill payment will be done by the customer hand to hand to the delivery boy as cash.
Note: This amount paid as COD is not refundable and will not be adjusted with the final COD amount.

All over India FREE SHIPPING for purchase bill of above Rs. 1000. Below 1000, shipping charges will be 60 within WestBengal and 110 for all other states.
Returns:
To return a damaged item, you received online, must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
You’ll need to include your order number, photos, and proper parcel unboxing video.
Note : In case of offline shopping customer needs to check the items properly for any sort of dispute claims,
prior leaving the shop. No manufacturing edefects will be hence forth entertained. We will inspect your photos
and video and let you know if you can have the item exchanged with a fresh piece.
No RETURN NO REFUND.
Warranty/Guarantee:
SwarnaPayel Guaranteed Gold plated jewellery brand’s warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing only as per above regulations.
Minor deviations from the product image on the website aren’t considered defects.
1 year color guarantee is only on the gold plating, no damaged/broken products will hence be considered under guarantee.
Only if a product has complete discolor of 70-80% and hasn’t been exposed to strict chemical solutions, guarantee can hence be claimed.
Minimum of seven working days time needs to be given to get the item back after guarantee claim. No minor scratches, or spots can be considered under guarantee claim.
Original Sankha items are always non guaranteed as cant be replaced/re-plated. Also Pola items are 6 months color guaranteed.
Original Silver items are not sold with any guarantee on color.
